- Largest personal injury verdict ever awarded in Brevard County Florida. $13,800,000 jury verdict to twenty four year old paraplegic automobile accident victim. Urezzio v. Mathews.
- Successful bad faith/excess claims litigation against Allstate, State Farm, Progressive, FPIC, Orange State and Liberty Mutual. Obtained agreement from Progressive Insurance Company to provide unlimited coverage during the underlying litigation of a C2 incomplete quadriplegic injury case. Amy Nave v. Daryl & Barbra Clark.

Attended Aviation Officer Candidate School, Pensacola Florida post undergraduate school. Received officer commission, United States Navel Reserve, in December 1982. Admitted to Florida Bar 1987. From 1987-1990 obtained initial legal experience as an Assistant State Attorney, 18th Judicial Circuit and plaintiff personal injury firms in Dade County, Florida.
