A Familiar Story
Every year, nearly 4,000 people die in large truck crashes. In 2018, 67% of the year’s 4,136 large truck fatalities were passenger vehicle occupants and another 15% were pedestrians, bicyclists, and other motorists.
Truck drivers and the shipping companies that employ them have a duty of care to operate safely. If they fail to do so, they can be held accountable via personal injury law.
